 Our first restaurant was opened in April 2002 and after many friendships and great food we sold it in 2005.
  My name is Eleni Ponirakis Henry and I am the Chef for the Kouzina and our Catering company, Zoey Catering LTD, which has been in business since 1997.
  Formally  educated at Seattle Central
Community College in Culinary, Nutrition and Business. 
  My experience ranges from hotels to sports arenas as one of the Safeco Field's Diamond Club Chef's, to small restaurants.
  I always wanted to have a small intimate restaurant where I can pair wines with my food.  I had a first hand learning experience   when I was one of the assistant's to the Chef at Ste Michelle Winery.
  I am very happy to have an intimate neighborhood restaurant in my own community.
